Impresos Alvelo provides printing and marketing solutions with a commitment to quality and innovation.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers. Any additional fees related to payment processing are the responsibility of the customer.

Production times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Impresos Alvelo is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party carriers.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
If a product has a defect or printing error caused by Impresos Alvelo, we will offer a reprint at no additional cost.
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing clear evidence (photos, descriptions, etc.).
We are not responsible for errors in files provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect formatting.

All designs, logos, and materials created by Impresos Alvelo remain our intellectual property unless a transfer of rights is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Customers must have the legal right to use any materials they submit for printing. We are not responsible for copyright infringements caused by customer-provided files.
By placing an order, customers grant Impresos Alvelo the right to use images of completed projects for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and marketing materials, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Impresos Alvelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.
