Refund Policy
At Impresos Alvelo, every order is produced uniquely based on the artwork, specifications, and quantities submitted by the customer. Because all items are custom-made, our refund and replacement policy is outlined below:
1. Custom Products – All Sales Are Final

All products sold through our online store are custom printed using the final artwork provided by the customer.

For this reason, all sales are final once the artwork enters production.

No refunds, returns, or credits will be issued due to preference changes, design errors, or decisions made after approval.
2. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Artwork
Impresos Alvelo prints exactly the files submitted by the customer.
We are not responsible for artwork errors, including:

misspelled text
-
low-resolution images
-
color mismatches (screen vs. print)
-
pixelation
-
incorrect bleed or cut lines
-
incorrect proportions or sizing
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their artwork meets the required print specifications prior to submission.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter production.
If the order has already begun printing or preparation, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Incorrect Orders or Production Errors
If you receive an incorrect product due to an error by Impresos Alvelo (e.g., wrong size, wrong quantity, or printing that does not match the approved design), we will correct the issue promptly.
To process a replacement, please provide:

Clear photos of the product received

Your order number

Notification within 48 hours of receiving your order
If the error is confirmed, a reprint will be issued at no cost. Monetary refunds are not offered.
5. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling:

Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product

Contact us within 48 hours at prints@impresosalvelo.com

We will evaluate the case and proceed with a replacement or reprint if applicable

Refunds are not issued for shipping damage; only replacements are provided.
6. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is reported lost by the carrier, Impresos Alvelo will file the corresponding claim.
Once the loss is confirmed, a reprint will be issued at no charge.
Refunds are not provided for lost packages.
7. Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

All custom printed products (all items sold on the website)

Orders already in production

Orders containing incorrect artwork submitted by the customer

Minor variations in color, finish, or printing results within commercially acceptable ranges
8. Special Requests
If you need to make a change before submitting or approving your artwork, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order is in production, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
