Shipping Policy

At Impresos Alvelo, we handle every order with precision and care. Our online store operates under a system where customers upload their own final artwork for printing. Production begins once the files meet the required print specifications.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once full payment is received and the customer’s submitted artwork is ready for print.

  • Production time ranges between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product type and quantity.

  • Special orders or large volumes may require additional time.

2. Responsibility for Customer-Submitted Artwork

  • Our platform prints exactly what the customer submits.

  • Impresos Alvelo is not responsible for design errors, including misspelled text, low-resolution images, incorrect colors, pixelation, cut lines, margins, or sizing issues.

  • Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting it.

3. Shipping Within Puerto Rico

Courier Delivery – Metro Area

  • Flat rate: $15

  • Free on orders of $100 or more

  • Applies only to online store orders.

Carrier Shipping (Islandwide)

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on package weight and dimensions.
    Large-format or rigid materials may incur additional handling fees.

4. Pick-Up In Store

  • Available at no cost once you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Impresos Alvelo – Bayamón, Puerto Rico

5. Shipping to the United States

  • Select products are eligible for U.S. shipping.

  • Costs vary by weight, size, and destination.

  • Some rigid or oversized products may not qualify for U.S. shipping.

6. Rush Orders

  • We offer rush service depending on workshop availability.
    Additional fees apply.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and printed items.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at prints@impresosalvelo.com.

  3. We will review the case for a possible replacement or reprint.

8. Personalized Products

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once artwork enters production.

  • No refunds are offered on approved orders.
