At Impresos Alvelo, we handle every order with precision and care. Our online store operates under a system where customers upload their own final artwork for printing. Production begins once the files meet the required print specifications.

Orders are processed once full payment is received and the customer’s submitted artwork is ready for print.

Production time ranges between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product type and quantity.

Special orders or large volumes may require additional time.
2. Responsibility for Customer-Submitted Artwork

Our platform prints exactly what the customer submits.

Impresos Alvelo is not responsible for design errors, including misspelled text, low-resolution images, incorrect colors, pixelation, cut lines, margins, or sizing issues.

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting it.

4. Pick-Up In Store

Available at no cost once you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos of the packaging and printed items.

Contact us within 48 hours at prints@impresosalvelo.com.

We will review the case for a possible replacement or reprint.
8. Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once artwork enters production.
